Elam Health and Wellness remains in-network with most major insurance plans. While our concierge membership offers the most direct, elevated access, we continue to welcome insured patients who value thoughtful care.
What the Concierge Fee Covers?
The concierge membership is optional and not mandatory to be a patient. We continue to accept most major insurance plans and welcome patients who prefer traditional care without a monthly fee.
If you have insurance, we’ll bill your plan as usual for covered visits. The concierge fee covers extra services like priority scheduling and longer appointments that go beyond typical insurance visits.
Insurance patients: Covered visits, standard scheduling, typical wait times.
Concierge patients: Monthly fee, priority access, direct line to the doctor, extras like wellness coaching, etc.
